This residence presents a new concept of luxury living in Marbella, as it is the only gated community with private villas in an absolutely unique location. A bespoke, private community with 24-hour security and concierge service, consisting of only 15 individual luxury villas in a green oasis on the edge of the famous Golden Mile.

The exceptional setting borders a protected natural park and is a short distance from the beach, the historic old town, the finest restaurants, the iconic Marbella Club and Puente Romano Resort Hotels, all of which make these villas so unique.

The project was designed by renowned architect Ernesto Palanco with the intention of creating a new concept for a very private community in the most desirable central location. The vision is to offer eco-friendly properties that incorporate the finest qualities of natural materials, with the latest technologies and refined, sophisticated specifications that guarantee a thoughtfully luxurious living experience.

All villas will have a south-west orientation and are located on private plots of varying sizes. They are surrounded by mature trees and greenery. Each villa has a private overflow pool. Both the gardens and the pools are centrally maintained by the community.

The 15 villas, each with four bedrooms and approximately 500 m2 of interior space, are uniquely designed for a comfortable yet luxurious lifestyle. Wooden and stone elements in the villas, as well as a fountain at the entrance convey a very special flair and ambience.

There are three different types of villas that offer uniformity in design and amenities, but there are a number of options in terms of size, layout and details that can be further customised. The living area is seamlessly integrated with the large outdoor terraces, providing a large open plan living area with a high quality, minimalist kitchen and stone wall with fireplace.

All the different villa types are created for a modern, luxurious and functional lifestyle, with a careful distribution of ambience.

The bedroom suites are designed to offer a personal area of comfort, with bathrooms, dressing rooms and impressive terraces. The villas can also be adapted to accommodate your needs, be it a gym, SPA, cinema room or entertainment area. The houses are equipped with a private lift that connects each level of the property and a roof terrace that offers a beautiful view towards the sea.

The building permit has been granted and the construction of the villas is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
